Return Policy
NEW ITEMS-You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by
 TIMEVAULTGAMES within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).Upon receipt of return, the product will be inspected, and if any signs of wear are visible, the acceptance of the return may be refused.

Used Items (single magic the gathering cards, collectables, used gaming accessories)- due to the ever changing nature of the magic singles market, we cannot accept returns on single cards. But there are exceptions to this rule

 -If a customer is not satisfied with the condition of a single card they may contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item once approved by TIMEVAULTGAMES, return the item in the same condition that it was sent, and we will exchange the item.

Any shipping charges accrued during this process will be taken care of by TIMEVAULTGAMES.         

-We check all orders thoroughly before they are sent out but mistakes can be made in the event that you receive items that are not in your order simply contact us within 48 hours of receiving those items. Once given approval by TIMEVAULTGAMES .return the item in the same condition that it was sent and we will refund the item and any shipping charges accrued during this process will be taken care of by TIMEVAULTGAMES.                                                                               

Price and/or quantity error

Our shopping cart is a live system that will update items and quantity as an order is placed. It is the case that almost all of the time your items are removed from inventory and put in your order immediately so that it does not get ordered multiple times. In the unlikely event that there is an error with the price of an item or quantity in an order TIMEVAULTGAMES reserves the right to remove affected items from your order. If that is a small percentage of your order we will still ship as soon as possible minus those items. If it consists of a greater portion of the order we will contact you before shipping the erroneous order.

Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Preregistration and registration for events is non-rufundable.

We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will TIMEVAULTGAMES use the information it collects to outside parties?
TIMEVAULTGAMES does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with TIMEVAULTGAMES. TIMEVAULTGAMES may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

TAX & Import Fees

Due to the different, and constantly fluctuating, rates of various countries, we do not have information available on what your duties/taxes on imports will be. We highly recommend that you check with your country's appropriate agency to find out what your duties/taxes on imports will be. TIMEVAULTGAMES is not responsible for any duties/taxes on imports that your country may charge.

If you refuse a shipment because your country is charging excessive customs fees or import taxes, we will refund your payment MINUS our initial shipping charges, our RETURN shipping charges plus an administrative handling fee of 10%. If this total ends up exceeding the value of the merchandise, we may have to charge you an additional fee to cover those charges. We have no desire to enforce this, so please don't place us in a position that forces us to do so.
